At the heart of our Fishing & Hiking Guide Service is Leroy, the founder and lead guide, who embodies a passion for the great outdoors. With a rich background in both fishing and hiking, Leroy has not only established this service but also leads it with unwavering dedication. Born and raised in our city, his journey is a testament to resilience and a profound connection with nature.

Tragedy struck in 2017 when Leroy lost his father to a rare brain cancer. This loss deeply affected him, leading him to seek solace in the tranquility of fishing. It was through this pursuit that Leroy found a way to cope, immersing himself in the serene beauty of the natural world.

Amidst working towards his Master's degree in 2018, Leroy envisioned a way to contribute to the community. He recognized the therapeutic power of fishing and was driven to share this with others. His mission was to highlight the mental and emotional benefits of fishing, while also providing fundamental education in rod and reel techniques.

​

Leroy's expertise in fishing is extensive, having honed his skills in the diverse waters of the Cleveland Metropark’s rivers, ponds, and streams, as well as the coastal regions of the Florida Keys and West Palm Beach. With over 25 years of experience and a background in the hospitality industry, Leroy brings a unique blend of skill and customer-centric approach to our service.

Apart from his dedication to fishing, Leroy is a seasoned media consultant specialist, working with a marketing agency known for its innovative hyper-local and channel marketing strategies.
